Legal notice

This page provides general information about the SBSDispatch service and its operator. It is not legal advice. For contractual terms governing use of the software, see Terms & Conditions.
Service
SBSDispatch is a logistics and dispatch software platform (including web and mobile interfaces) offered for use by businesses and their authorised users. The service may include order management, driver coordination, tracking, invoicing, and related operational features, as configured for your organisation.
Operator
The SBSDispatch offering is provided by Xpeedite (the “operator”) on behalf of your organisation’s deployment. Contact details for support, billing, or legal enquiries are supplied by your organisation’s administrator or in your service agreement. If you do not have a contact, use the support channel published on your sign-in or marketing site.
Intellectual property
The SBSDispatch name, branding, user interface, documentation, and underlying software are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in your agreement or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service or its materials.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Operational outcomes (for example delivery times or routing) depend on many factors outside the software, including third parties, weather, traffic, and user-entered data.
Third-party services
The platform may integrate with maps, messaging, payment, or hosting providers. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The operator is not responsible for third-party failures except where required by law.
Changes
This legal notice may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes may also be announced through the application or by your organisation.
